HOW DOES WARNER HOLIDAY PROTECTION PLAN WORK?

Warner Holiday Protection is an optional add on to your holiday booking that gives you additional options to change or cancel your break if you’re unable to travel for certain specified reasons.

WHAT DOES IT COVER?

If you or a member of your party can’t travel due to one of the reasons below and supporting evidence is provided, Warner Holiday Protection allows you to change or cancel your holiday in the event of one of the qualifying reasons set out below:

• Illness (including pre‑existing medical conditions)
• Death
• Redundancy
• Jury service
• A Met Office Red Weather Warning on the first day of your holiday

WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY?

You may change the date or location of your stay up to the day before your holiday, subject to availability and payment of any price difference.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL?

• If you cancel more than 12 weeks of your holiday, any amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be returned to your original method of payment.
• If you cancel within 12 weeks of your holiday, you can choose to change your holiday or receive the value (excluding the WHP add-on cost) as a digital Gift Card for use within 6 months.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• An administration fee applies if you cancel or change your holiday within 12 weeks of your holiday (£35 per person, or £70 per person for Christmas and New Year holidays).
• Warner Holiday Protection can be added at the time of booking or up to 12 weeks before your holiday. Without this, your holiday cannot be transferred, returned or refunded.
• This add-on is not an insurance product and does not provide compensation.
